Re-lock bootloader and restore verified boot

Destructive Operation WarningCRITICAL: Re-locking with modified partitions (custom ROM, Magisk root, TWRP) WILL HARD-BRICK the device! Also wipes all userdata.

What It Does

Re-locks the bootloader and re-enables Android Verified Boot (AVB). Requires 100% stock firmware; factory resets the device.
