Reboot into Qualcomm EDL Mode

Caution RequiredDevice screen turns black and requires QPST / QFIL or special unbrick tools to exit if no firmware is flashed.
What It Does

Reboots Qualcomm-based Snapdragon devices directly into Emergency Download (EDL / 9008) mode for low-level unbricking.
